AutoMatchSA refund and cancellation policy for digital platform services and subscriptions.
1. Refund Policy Overview
AutoMatchSA provides digital platform access, subscription services, lead-routing services, dealer-related services and sales executive platform services.
2. Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services, subscription access and lead-routing services, certain fees may not qualify for refunds once access has been activated, digital services have been delivered or buyer opportunities have been routed.
3. Subscription Cancellation
Subscription cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise agreed.
4. Case-by-Case Reviews
Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at AutoMatchSA’s discretion.
